Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards and clearance items, may be non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page.
We kindly ask that you handle our products with care, as they’re delicate and made to be enjoyed with proper use. If damage occurs due to liquids or other substances, we’re unable to take responsibility, and items damaged after 30 days aren’t eligible for return.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. In many cases, we can issue a refund without requiring a return, we simply ask that the item remains in good condition. For change-of-mind refunds within 14 days, the product should also be kept in good physical condition.
Before returning anything, please reach out to us through our website contact form with your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. (We recommend using our website rather than social media for the fastest response.) If a return is needed, we’ll provide the return address and guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are processed once we receive the item.
Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you haven’t seen the funds after 5 business days, we suggest checking with your bank first — and of course, you’re always welcome to contact us. We’re happy to support you every step of the way.
